The first thing we do is to research the trade fairs . Find out which other businesses will be exhibiting and the number and type of customers expected. This will help us to design a strategy and develop realistic objectives.
- When devising objectives and strategy we take into account these points:
- Who you are targeting.
- The information you want to provide to visitors to your stand.
- How you want to differentiate yourself from your competitors.
- How you will promote or display your products.
- The materials you will use to build your display.
We start to plan and prepare for the exhibition well in advance.
- Design a creative decorations to your showroom
- We think of ways to advertise your presence at the exhibition. & we Make sure the media covering the event
- Recruit and train staff with the necessary technical knowledge and communication skills. If your target customers are likely to be foreign so, we make sure to have someone on the stand who will be able to speak to them.
- Prepare your marketing materials, display products and anything else you need to for a good display. (Flyers, Brochures, Catalogs….)
- Create a task list with everything that needs to be done, by when, and by whom.
- Make a detailed budget
- Clearly assign roles for staff who will work at the exhibition
- We make sure to have enough of everything, including brochures, leaflets, products and notebooks to record queries from visitors.
- Once we have set everything up ,we test all the equipment to make sure it works
- We make sure all of the staff have a name card with their name and the company name and logo
Reserve a space for your stand as soon as possible.
- Find out how much room you have, what the venue supplies (tables or screens, for example) and what facilities you will be given (electricity, internet connection, telephone lines, lighting) before we design your display.
- Gifts such as free pens, coasters, plastic bags are useful ways to remind visitors of your business, and reinforce the messages you want to communicate. However, your competitors will probably be doing similar things. So we try to think of ways to make your business stand out.
