Questions before you subscribe
Do the displayed prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page is before VAT; 14% VAT is added when the tax invoice is issued.
What is the difference between the yearly and monthly subscription?
The yearly option is a one-year commitment paid yearly, and its monthly equivalent is lower. The monthly option renews automatically each month at a higher price. The monthly equivalent shown for the yearly plan is not a cancellable monthly subscription.
What do “With Teams” and “Without Teams” mean?
Microsoft offers these plans in two versions: one that comes with Microsoft Teams and one without it at a lower price. Pick what suits your team; we confirm the exact product name on the quotation.
Are the EGP prices fixed?
Displayed EGP prices are indicative and are finalized when the official quotation or invoice is issued.
Do you migrate our email from our current system?
Migration and existing-tenant work are not included in the subscription price. We review your current setup and send you the scope and its cost separately.
