How are the invoice and the tax handled?
The invoice is issued in your company’s name with the applicable VAT shown as a separate line, so it works for your accounting records.
We have not chosen a plan yet. Can we still start?
Yes. Send the software name, how many people will use it and what you need it for. We will suggest the right edition and confirm it is available before quoting.
Can we add users or change the plan later?
That depends on each product’s own terms and plan. Tell us the change you need; we will check what is possible and come back with an updated quote.
Do you ask for our account login details?
No. We do not ask for passwords or login details through forms or chat. What a quote needs is the product, the edition, the seat count and the term.
